These Terms govern use of the Qualified People platform. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

Services include digital qualification records, verification, workforce competence management, recruitment features and related services.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials.

Qualification records may be supplied by users, employers or authorised organisations. Users remain responsible for ensuring records are accurate and current.

Verification reflects information available at the time of verification and is not a guarantee of continuing competence or legal entitlement.

Users must not upload false information, infringe intellectual property, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware or misuse the Platform.

All software, branding, content and databases remain the property of Akita Power Ltd or its licensors.

The Platform is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. Maintenance and outages may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akita Power Ltd excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Accounts may be suspended for breach of these Terms.
