Oliver Auston – Co Founder

Oliver has been in the safety compliance industry for over 25 years. Oliver sold his company Checkmate in 2018 at 37 with a 10 x EBITDA. Oliver was the CIO for Pure Safety Group, the world’s largest independent safety company. He is the founder of Safehold Ltd his newest venture in the lifting and height safety space. With over 80 patents to his name he is a prolific innovator and disruptor.

Oliver has unique insights in the industrial lifting and safety space with a global following while holding key industry committee positions.

Phil White – Co Founder

Phil sold his company Servtech in 2013, joining Sparrows as a Director of M&A. Phil has over 40 years experience in the oil and gas industrial lifting, safety and inspection space. Phil is the past Chairman of LEEA and Checkmate. Phil is highly experienced in the compliance safety industry, with unparalleled knowledge in the oil and gas sector.
